Florencia Arleriche, 90, of Brockton, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on May 14, 2016. Born in Jacmel, Haiti, she was the wife of the late Francois Brisma. Devoted to her family, she enjoyed cooking large meals and the simple things in life. Florencia was the beloved mother of Arold Brisma, Immacula Herisse and her husband Joseph, Jacqueline Elie and her husband Carlo, Marie Marthe Brisma, Rodney Brisma and Francois Brisma; loving grandmother of Franck Brisma, Betty Brisma, Berline Brisma, Junior Brisma, Farra Brisma, Franco Brisma, Beatrice Elie, Carlo Elie Jr., Elizabeth (Elie) Michaels, Jonathan Elie, Francesca Brisma, Gracienne Herisse, Gracia Herisse, Marie Audree Joseph, Sauveur St. Cyr, Didi St. Cyr, Josiah Herisse, Francois J. Brisma, Gaelle Brisma, Manuella Brisma, Fabienne Brisma, Franciska Brisma, Clinton Brisma and Rodney J. Brisma; and a great-grandmother of many. Florencia also leaves many dear extended family and friends. All are welcome to calling hours Saturday, May 28th from 8-10 a.m., followed by a 10 a.m. service in Waitt Funeral Chapel, 850 North Main St., Brockton and burial at Melrose Cemetery.
