Charlotte A. (McCormick) Perry, 93, of Halifax for the past eight years, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2016. She was devoted to her family and home and was a lifelong resident of Brockton until retiring to Waldoboro, Maine in 1984. She enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles and was a dedicated Red Sox fan. Charlotte was the wife of the late Robert B. Perry; beloved mother of Susan Flanagan and her husband Jim of Jacksonville, FL, John Perry and his wife Sharon of Halifax with whom she resided, Bill Perry and his wife Cindy of Kiawah Island, SC and Cindy Arnold and her husband John of East Longmeadow; loving grandmother of 8; great-grandmother of 5; twin sister of Madeleine Germaine of Hanson and sister of Jean Klimchuck of Wareham; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews. Following cremation, all are welcome to memorial calling hours Wednesday 5-7 p.m. and a 7 p.m. prayer service in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton. Private committal. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
