Barbara M. (Egersheim) Bolduc, 83, of Brockton, passed away May 12, 2016. Raised in Roxbury, she came to Brockton in 1968. She worked as a paraprofessional for the Brockton School Department from 1974 until retirement on March 21, 1997. She worked at Arnone Kindergarten, Howard Kindergarten, Gilmore School and retired from the Franklin School. An avid New England sports fan, she enjoyed spending time with family and trips to the casino. Barbara was the wife of the late Joseph R. “Duke” Bolduc; loving mother of Barbara Purnell and John of Avon, Joseph R. Bolduc Jr. and Alan Pavloff of Myrtle Beach, SC, Lorelei Sass and Arthur of Avon, David Bolduc and Deborah of Luray, VA, Stephen Bolduc and Michele of Middleboro, and Daniel Bolduc of Brockton; grandmother of 13; great-grandmother of many; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews. The youngest of 17, she leaves one brother Paul Egersheim of Brockton. All are welcome to calling hours Monday 4-8 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, funeral service Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. in Waitt Funeral Chapel and burial at Melrose Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
