Rosella L. (Decele) Pickard-Howard, 85, of Brockton, passed away April 24, 2016. Rosella was the wife of the late Ralph Pickard and Ralph G. Howard; beloved mother of Joan S. Pickard and her husband Fred Aloisi of Brockton, Nancy L. DeRocha and her husband John of Brockton, and the late infant twins John and Joseph Pickard; loving grandmother of Melissa R. Kucinski, Tania R.E. Homer, Ryan P. DeRocha, Bryanna M. DeRocha and Meagan J. DeRocha; great-grandmother of Michael J. Homer Jr., Jason Kucinski and Ella Rose Kucinski; dear sister of Rita Crocker of Mansfield and the late Julia Knight, Albert Decele, Beatrice Shea, Esther Knight and Cecelia Stetson; and an aunt of many. All are welcome to calling hours Friday 6-8 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Chapel at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton. Funeral from Waitt Funeral Home Saturday at 8 a.m., funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in St. Michael Church, Avon and burial at Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
