William "Mike" Tierney

William Michael "Mike" Tierney, 72, of Whitefield, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully after a long battle with dementia on February 13, 2024. He was the son of the late Mary and James F. Tierney. Known as "Mikey" to his friends and family, he would give countless hours of stories which would leave people with tears of laughter. He is survived by two sisters Mary Pritchett of Brockton and Jane Roux and her husband Lorne of East Falmouth. The family would like to give special thanks to stepdaughter Keri Clement and professional Dan Gauthier and all those who cared for him in his last days and a very special thank you to his longtime friend Stephen Gallagher. At the request of Michael there will be no funeral or memorial service. Instead remember a story he told and smile and know he is smiling with you.
