William C. Doyle

William C. Doyle, 89, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away peacefully on Jan. 26, 2023. Bill served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He had a long career as a truck mechanic for Hallamore Motor Transfer and for the Town of Sharon prior to retirement. Bill enjoyed caring for his boxer dogs. He was the husband of the late Blanche “June” (Dernier) Doyle, stepfather of the late Charles Dennis, brother of the late John and James Doyle, and he leaves nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors. All are welcome to calling hours Tuesday, Jan. 31 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon with his funeral service at 12 noon at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton. Burial to follow at Melrose Cemetery, 88 North Pearl St., Brockton.
