William L. Smart

William L. Smart, 72, of Brockton, passed away on November 25, 2020. William served in the U.S Army in the Vietnam War. He was a hard-working man who was employed as a warehouse worker at Radio Shack for 18 years and Stop and Shop for 23 years. William enjoyed watching sports, Western movies and going out to play bingo and bowl. William was the beloved son of the late Robert and Ruth (Willis) Smart; brother of Paulette Smart Sanford (and her late husband Russell), Peggy Barros (and her husband Arte), Penny Smart, Pauline Spencer (and her late husband Robert), Phyllis Smart, Pamela Sheehan (and her late husband James), Patti Ciaramella (and her husband Pasquale), and the late Priscilla Smart and Robert Smart (and his widow, Nancy Smart); and an uncle of many nieces and nephews of several generations. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or the Cancer Research Institute. Respectfully, services are private.
