Walter F. St. Fort

Walter Fritz St. Fort, 73, passed away unexpectedly on July 16, 2023. He was born on March 27, 1950, in Aquin, Haiti the son of Luc Revilhorme Saint Fort and Gertrude Bernard. Walter attended and graduated from Ecole Vertierre Rue Nicholas, Ecole Richard Azor Rue Docteur Aubry and Lycee Petion. Following graduation, he served his country of Haiti in the Haitian Army. 

Walter worked in the transportation industry for roughly 43 years in the United States. He loved to play dominoes, listen to music, and watch martial arts films and National Geographic documentaries. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Thomas St. Fort.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Gisele Boussiquot-St. Fort, Walter was a loving father of Nadine St. Fort of Hollywood, FL, Frantz St. Fort of Hyde Park, MA, Junior St. Fort of Belize and Marc Petit-Frere of Everett, MA. Grandfather of Arriyani, Xavier, and Jimmie. Cherished brother of Leon St. Fort, Pierre St. Fort, Jacques St. Fort, Marie-Lourdes Gaudron and Marie Paul St. Fort. In addition, a list of cousins Jacques R. Bernard, Appoline Elivert Bernard, Paulette Laroche Filien, Daniel Bernard, Marie-Therese Delerme Bernard, Marie Tania Bernard, Maryse Bernard, Harry Bazile, Tony Bazile. Marie Clauselle St. Fort, Marie Germanite St. Fort and so many more. A list of sister and brother in laws are Marie Yvonne St. Fort, Marie Lydad St. Fort, Justine E Tarte St. Fort. Lastly the Boussiquot and Pierre-Louis Family.

All are welcome to his viewing Saturday, August 5th from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., followed by a 12 p.m. funeral service at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 N. Main St., Brockton. Family farewell concludes at 1 p.m. and will be followed immediately by a Reception at 1:15 p.m. at Pyramid Function Hall 1040 Main St. Brockton, MA. 02301.
