Virginia M. (Langley) “Ginger” Martin, 74, of North Easton, passed away December 29, 2020. Born and raised in Brockton, she was a daughter of the late John J. and Elinore M. (Demska) Langley. Ginger was a licensed mental health counselor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and also in private practice; she was dedicated to her patients’ well-being. An avid outdoorswoman, she enjoyed hiking, camping, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing and biking. Ginger was the beloved wife of John S. Martin for 40 years; loving mother of Regina Cox and her husband DonMcVay, and Sean George Bowes; dear grandmother of Donald Thomas McVay, Sandra Marie McVay, Danielle J. McVay and Thomas D. Cox; great-grandmother of Bella Marie Maffie; and sister of Dorothy Langley O’Niel and her husband Bryan O’Niel of Florida. Private family services are being held.
