Thomas A. Fox Jr., 38, of Brockton since 2019, passed away unexpectedly Sunday March 16, 2025 at home. Native of Quincy, he graduated from Quincy High School in 2004 and joined the Army National Guard. For a total of 12 years he served both guard and active duty, and served 2 tours in Iraq, earning the rank of Sergeant. Tom, also known to many as Foxy, was employed in the pharmaceutical industry in biomedical engineering for several area companies. He started in security, was encouraged to apply for employment within the industry, and advanced in knowledge and skill through the years. Tom enjoyed riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles and loved his loyal companion Nico. Tom was the beloved son of Thomas A. Fox Sr. and Lynn P. (Hodges) Fox of Barrington, New Hampshire; loving brother of Kristen Fox and Ed Collins of Whitman, Teresa Wolley and her husband Michael of New Hampshire, Julie Fox Williams and her husband Johann of Weymouth, and Michael Bayer and his wife Heather of Whitman, and a dear uncle of Kaylee, Adriana, Quintan, Hailey and Jonathan. Tom “Foxy” will be sadly missed but always remembered with love.
All are welcome to memorial calling hours Tuesday April 1st beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton with a Time of Remembrance at 11:45 a.m., prayer service at 12 noon and procession to Massachusetts National Cemetery for his committal and honors at 1:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to your favorite charity.
