Susan A. Walker

Susan A. Walker, 71, of Brockton, passed away November 22, 2024 after a lengthy time of health challenges. Born in Boston, a daughter of the late Everett L. “Buddy” Walker and Marjorie C. (Gallant) Walker, she was raised in Brockton with her six sisters and brothers in the Brookfield section of Brockton and graduated from Brockton High School in 1971. Susan was retired from WearGuard/Aramark after many years of working first as a seamstress and then as an Account Manager. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting and sewing. Susan was the beloved mother of Casey Leigh Walker; loving sister of Anne Fortier and her husband Charlie of East Bridgewater, Elaine King of Uxbridge, Kathy Fonseca of Brockton, Brian Walker of Brockton, Robert Walker of Brockton and the late David Walker; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews. All are welcome to calling hours Friday November 29th from 2 to 3:30 p.m. with a closing prayer service at 3:30 p.m. Cremation and private committal.
