Susan M. (Motylewicz) Scott

Susan M. (Motylewicz) Scott, 75, of Brockton, formerly of Bridgewater, died July 1, 2022. Native of Middlefield, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Wilma (Scott) Motylewicz. Susan earned a master’s degree from Kent State University in Ohio and worked for the Boston School for the Deaf for many years until retirement.

An avid reader, she enjoyed learning and enriching her personal knowledge. Susan loved New England and time spent by the ocean. She adored her only child Eva and dedicated her life to her, they were truly the best of friends.

Susan was the devoted mother of Evangeline “Eva” Weinstein of Brockton; beloved sister of Tamar Cooper Volpe and Dennis Motylewicz, both of Middlefield, Ohio; and a loving aunt of Blaine Volpe of Washington D.C. and Avery Volpe of Middlefield, Ohio. Susan was well loved by her many friends and will be greatly missed. Services are private.
