Stephen E. Tapper, 67, of Brockton, passed away suddenly at home on February 9, 2024. Born in Weymouth, son of the late Francis H. and Louise M. Above all, he loved the time spent with his daughter Amy, who was his best friend.
Stephen was the husband of the late Kimberly A. (Robbins) Tapper; cherished and devoted father of Amy Louise Tapper of Brockton; brother of Robert Tapper of Denver, Colorado, and the late Richard Tapper; and an uncle of many.
