Stella R. (Fedele) Holmes

Stella R. (Fedele) Holmes, 88, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2024. The daughter of the late Maria (Corapi) and Ralph Fedele Sr., she was a 1955 graduate of Brockton High School. Stella worked for the Brockton Public Schools for 25 years, beginning her career as a lunch lady and retiring from the administration department. A 25 year member of the White Glove Society, she enjoyed family bingo, cruise traveling, and trips to the casino.

Stella was the wife of the late Charles B. Holmes Jr.; beloved mother of Donna Domingos & her husband Michael of Wareham, Michael Holmes of Brockton, & David Holmes of Sarasota, FL; loving grandmother of 7; great-grandmother of many; sister of the late Ralph Fedele Jr., Francis Fedele & Joseph Fedele; & an aunt of several nieces & nephews. Family and close friends are welcome to Stella’s memorial gathering on Sat. Jan. 11 from 10-11 a.m. & her memorial service at 11 a.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton. Private burial.
