Stanley F. Skippar, 69, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away December 27, 2020. He was a son of the late Fred and Phyllis Skippar, and brother of the late David and Stephen Skippar, and Peggy Bollivar; father of Debbie Skippar Gonzalez, Belinda Skippar Bell and her husband Mike, Stanley Skippar Jr. and Chris Sousa; grandfather of many; and an uncle of many nieces and nephews.
