Sherry L. Sinnott-Cirelli, 72, of Plymouth, passed away on July 1, 2026. A native of Brockton, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Shirley A. (Lambert) Sinnott. Sherry worked as a driving instructor for many years before beginning her lengthy career with Dial-a-Bat, where she retired. While there, she won several bus "roadeos", including winning second place in the state roadeos.
Sherry had an African grey parrot “Reba” and cockatiel “Spaz”, that she adored. She was also a special grammy to pups, Bruno and Tatum, who will miss her dearly.
Sherry was the cherished mother of Chad S. Sinnott and his wife Melissa of East Taunton; sister of David Sinnott (Anita) of Middleboro, Kathy Asci (Ed) of Hendersonville, TN, Lisa Smith (Shawn) of Kingston, and Amy Sinnott of Brockton; and an aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews.
All are welcome to calling hours on Tues., July 7th from 4-7 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, her funeral service on Wed., July 8th at 11 a.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, and burial at Melrose Cemetery, 88 North Pearl St., Brockton. Memorial gifts may be made to Foster Parrots and The New England Exotic Wildlife Sanctuary (https://fosterparrotsandthenewenglandexoticwildlifesanctuary-bloom.kindful.com/).
