Rolard Georges

Rolard Georges, 63, of Brockton, passed away on May 19, 2024. Born in Aux Cayes, Haiti, he was the son of the late Homere Hyppolite and Antonine Georges. Rolard earned a degree in political science from UMASS Boston and was a French teacher for the Boston Public School system for many years. He was co-founder and host of Radio Concorde, a local Haitian radio station.

Rolard was the father of Tanoushka Georges of Fitchburg and Jeff Georges of Medford. Rolard also leaves many dear siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends to mourn his passing.

All are welcome to his funeral Mass on Saturday, June 15th at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Parish, 54 Lyman St., Brockton with visitation in the church beginning at 9 a.m. Burial to follow at Melrose Cemetery, 88 N. Pearl St., Brockton. Live streaming of Rolard’s funeral will be available.
