Robert R. Ormond Jr.

Robert R. Ormond Jr., 72, of Brockton, died March 4, 2021. Born and raised in Dorchester, he was the son of the late Robert R. and Mary H. (Lavoie) Ormond. Bob served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was later stationed in Korea.  He worked in the telecommunications industry for the entirety of his career. He was the beloved husband of 48 years of Puhui (Chong) Ormond; loving father of two sons Bruce Ormond and Dean Ormond; and daughter in law Adrienne. Loved and cherished by his four grandchildren Derek, Brooke, Ava and Zoe; brother of Deborah Ormond and the late Janet Marks; and an uncle of many nieces and nephews. Respectfully, funeral services are private.
