Rhonandhoh BerrySerge Abraham, affectionately known as "Rho" to many but "Angel" to his family, went home to be with the Lord on March 3, 2025. He was the beloved son of Orlando and Candace Abraham and his birth mother, Valomy Mamousette.
From an early age, Angel’s curiosity and intelligence were undeniable. He was always eager to understand the world around him, often choosing to explore and discover answers for himself rather than simply accepting them. This inquisitive nature led to many adventures—including nearly setting the house on fire in his quest to learn about flames. His brilliance shone early; at just three years old, he was found flipping through the pages of a book, and to his family's amazement, he was actually reading. It was clear then that Angel's mind was destined for greatness.
Though not an athlete, Angel had a deep love for sports, analyzing plays and players with remarkable insight. His true strength lay in his intellect. At six years old, he began playing the violin and continued through high school until new passions took precedence. A gifted student, he excelled academically, making even the most challenging subjects seem effortless.
Angel accepted the Lord at an early age and was a devoted member of Jubilee Christian Church. He found joy in serving, especially as part of the production team. At 14, he was baptized alongside his older sister, Valandrhah, on their father’s birthday, solidifying his faith. The two shared an unbreakable bond filled with inside jokes and cherished moments.
Angel also had a deep love for his younger siblings—Lyonceyh, Tranvinskhyh, Valomynhah, and Valomy. Their conversations and laughter could go on for hours, and he took pride in being a role model for them, always setting an example of kindness, intelligence, and integrity.
He shared a special connection with his grandmother, Rolande, who taught him Haitian Creole and nurtured his passion for cooking. He also formed a meaningful bond with his bonus grandmother, Mama Sandra, spending time together on home projects.
Angel was academically driven and completed a semester’s worth of college credits ahead of schedule while still in high school. Though his college journey was interrupted due to medical challenges, his love for learning never faded. An avid reader and talented writer, he remained introspective and reserved, yet those who truly knew him recognized his profound intellect, humility, and warmth. Despite his brilliance, he never sought the spotlight—he led with kindness, always willing to help without hesitation. His sense of humor was infectious, and his laughter brought joy to all who heard it.
Angel leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, grandparents, siblings along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his Jubilee family.
In his final days, Angel was in a good place—continuing to serve in church and planning for his future—until he was called home. He leaves behind a legacy of intelligence, kindness, and love, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
