Raymond Winslow “Skipper” Baker Jr., 71, a lifelong proud resident of Brockton, peacefully passed away on July 17, 2023. Skipper was born on April 28, 1952 to the late Raymond Winslow Baker Sr. and Margaret Johnson Baker. He attended Brockton Public schools and while in high school, he was a member of the track team.
