Pauline Anne (Cobis) Peterson

Pauline A. (Cobis) “Polly” Peterson, 87, of West Bridgewater, died June 10, 2021. She was retired from Shaw’s bakery department and enjoyed gardening and walking; she was active in all senior activities in West Bridgewater.

Polly was the beloved mother of Debra Katz (and Richard) of Florida and Denise Jones (and Wayne) of Taunton; loving grandmother and great-grandmother of many; sister of Raymond of Reno, Nevada, Michael (and Margaret) of South Easton, Marion Harrington of Venice, Florida, Charles (and Donna) of Punta Gorda, Florida, Ann Flaherty of Brockton and the late James, Gerald, William, Donald, John and Richard Cobis and Patricia Lodge; an aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews; and a friend of many.

All are welcome to her calling hours, Saturday, June 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to West Bridgewater Council on Aging, 97 West Center St. West Bridgewater MA 02379
