Olipcy Grecy

Olipcy Grecy, 94, of Brockton, passed away on February 27, 2020. Born in Petit-Goâve, Haiti, he was the son of the late Occilas Grecy and Alismene Pierre-Louis. Hardworking, Olipcy worked as a farmer in Haiti for many years. He was a man of great faith and was a communicant of Christ the King Parish for many years. He will be greatly missed. Olipcy was the devoted husband of Yolande (Pierre-Louis) Grecy; beloved father of Nerlande Louissaint, Wiliere Grecy, Antonine Itacy, Yvelt Grecy, Mirlande Grecy, Derlie Grecy, Nadya Grecy, and Priest Gaby Noel ; and a loving grandfather of Wilvick, Ashley and Brianna Grecy, Christina Louissaint, Neila Paul, Cheryl and Aleesha Itacy, Kervens and Olsen Grecy, Dawson Grecy, Jamal and Jordan Paul, and Gloriana Jose. Olipcy also leaves many dear extended family and friends. All are welcome to calling hours Friday, March 13th from 7-9 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 N. Main St., Brockton, funeral from Waitt Funeral Home Saturday, March 14th at 8 a.m., funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in Christ the King Parish and burial at Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
