Nicholas Anthony Dorosz, 72, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away January 30, 2026 at the VA Medical Center in West Roxbury. He served honorably in the U.S. Army in Korea during the Vietnam War. Nick enjoyed Dunkin Donuts, gambling on scratch tickets and Keno, and watching all New England sports.
He was the son of the late Stanley and Elia (Rachetti) Dorosz; beloved brother of Walter Dorosz and his wife Donna of Brockton, Kazimira (Dorosz) Meyerowitz and her husband Ronald of Mashpee, Helen (Dorosz) Munafo of FL, Eurosia Costantini of Brockton, and the late Kazimar “Charlie” Dorosz, Stanley Dorosz Jr. and Maria Costantini; and a loving uncle of many nieces and nephews.
All are welcome to calling hours Tuesday Feb. 3rd from 4 to 7 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, his funeral Wed. Feb.4th at 9 a.m. from Waitt Funeral Home, funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Michael Church, 87 North Main St. Avon and burial at Calvary Cemetery, Brockton.
