Nancy-Ellen (Corkum) Hamilton, 85, of Brockton, passed away at home on November 3, 2021. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late James and Gertrude (Trull) Corkum. Nancy worked at Cohenno Trucking in Stoughton for over 20 years, retiring as their office manager. Skilled with her hands, she enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and made custom drapes. Nancy loved doing renovations to her home. She enjoyed reading medical journals. She was devoted to her family and loved being surrounded by them.
Nancy was the beloved mother of James W. Hamilton and his wife Teresa of Liberty, Missouri, Deborah L. Radovsky and her husband Richard of Brockton, Donald Mark Hamilton and his wife Norma of Framingham, and Janice L. Dunfey of Brockton; loving grandmother of 4; great-grandmother of 9; longtime companion of the late Francis Landry; and a close cousin of Doreen Bushman of Georgia.
All are welcome to her graveside service on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Melrose Cemetery, 88 North Pearl St., Brockton. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
