Monique Duplessis-Louizia Obituary

Monique Duplessis-Louizia, of Randolph, passed away on May 16, 2023. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, she was a daughter of the late Breneville and Carmen M. (Dorisca) Louizia. She worked in childcare for many years and was an exceptional cook.

Monique was the beloved mother of Islande Manushca Duplessis of Brockton and Perald Joseph of Randolph; cherished grandmother of Makayla E. Duplessis; loving sister of Carlo Louizia and his wife Ermetide Desir of Canada and family, Yves Louizia and his late wife Yolande of Canada and family, Yanick M. Lahens and her late husband Gerard of Randolph and family, Frantz A. Louizia and his wife Dr. Carline of Weymouth and family, Leslie F. Louizia and his wife Maunette of Brockton and family, Jean Louizia of Randolph, and Jack Marcelini and Esha Rodriguez of Randolph and family; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews.

All are welcome to her viewing Saturday, May 27th 8-9:30 a.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Saint Mary Catholic Church, 211 North Main St., Randolph, and burial at Central Cemetery, 327 North St., Randolph. Reception to follow burial will be held at Ann’s Palace, 277 Main St., Brockton. Flowers are welcome.
