Mona L. Mazzucco

Mona L. Mazzucco of Weymouth, MA (formerly of Brockton, MA) passed away on August 8, 2025.  Born in Quincy, MA, Mona is the daughter of Frank and Mariam Mazzucco; and the sister of Rene’ Mazzucco-Brown (and Michael Avilla) of Brockton, Frank (and Joyce) Mazzucco of Brockton, and Ralph (and Alice) Mazzucco of West Bridgewater. She is survived by India, Jamie, and Frankie Mazzucco, Brian, Ryan, and Rory Brown, Ralph Jr. and Ashley Mazzucco, Robert Spencer, and Jasmine Mazzucco.  

Mona was a graduate of Brockton High School, Class of 1983. She was owner of the Mazzucco Real Estate and Insurance agencies for many years. She moved on to the healthcare field after her mother passed away wanting to help others as she helped her mother in the later years. She volunteered her time and services to help others.

She loved to socialize especially with her family and friends. She enjoyed shuffleboard, rummikub, various other events and traveling.  

She will be remembered for her love of her family, friends and a caring heart.  

All are welcome to calling hours Wednesday August 20th from 4 to 7 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton, her funeral service on Thursday August 21st at 10:30 a.m. at Waitt Funeral Home and burial at Calvary Cemetery in Brockton.
