Michael A. Lombardi Jr.

Michael A. Lombardi Jr., 73, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away December 19, 2021. He was the devoted son of the late Rose M. (Dodero) Lombardi and Michael A. Lombardi Sr. Mike graduated from Brockton High School and Northeastern University. He worked as a land surveyor in civil engineering mostly at Hayward, Boynton and Williams of Brockton. Mike enjoyed spending summers at Swifts Beach in Wareham; he was a longtime member of Canal Sportsmans Club in Buzzards Bay and was a lifelong avid fisherman. Mike was the brother of the late Louis J. Lombardi and the beloved uncle of Linda J. Azanow and her husband David of Natick, and Laurie J. Lombardi of Taunton, great-uncle of Jake Azanow of Natick, Adam Azanow of Boston and Katie Azanow and her fiancé Justin Muller of Natick; and he leaves several cousins. All are welcome to calling hours Wednesday Dec. 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. and his funeral Thursday, Dec. 23 at 10 a.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton. Burial at Calvary Cemetery.
