Mateo Joseph Hebert Hernandez

Mateo Joseph Hebert Hernandez, child of Jayda Hernandez and Justin Hebert, passed away February 23, 2025 before everyone could say hello. With sad hearts and empty arms he leaves a sister Azalea, grandparents John “Jake” Jacobs and Albert Hebert, many aunts and uncles including Dean Jacobs, Ryan Jacobs and Jennifer Hebert, and many cousins as well as Jayda’s godmother Migdalia. Mateo joined in heaven many late relatives including his grandmothers Yvette Hernandez and Catherine Gillette where he was welcomed with open arms and hearts. All are welcome to his memorial calling hours Wednesday March 5th from 5 to 7 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton.
