Marybeth (Wold) Reed, 59, of Brockton, passed away at home on May 17, 2022 with her beloved family by her side. Born in Weymouth on March 4, 1963, a daughter of the late Richard and Eleanore (Beckwith) Wold, she was raised in Holbrook. Marybeth graduated from Blue Hill Vo-Tech in Canton from the nursing program and was a CNA. She was the beloved wife of William M. Reed for 40 years; loving mother of Melissa Mendonca (and Marty) of Rehoboth, Kyle Reed of Brockton, Apryl Bilodeau (and Ross) of Norton, and Ceara Reed of Brockton; adoring Grammie of Joseph, Isla, and Cillian; close sister of Joy Dow of North Carolina, Susan Downey and Peggy Frechette, both of East Taunton, and Ellen Wold-Grover of Brockton, with whom she cherished “Mary’s Wednesdays”: their weekly adventures; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews.
