Mary Ann Milutis, 78, of Halifax, passed away on February 19, 2022. Born in Brockton, she was a daughter of the late Alphonse Milutis and Veronica (Simenovich) Mitchell. Mary Ann graduated from Avon High School, Class of 1960 and went on to earn her associates degree at Massasoit as an adult. She worked for Brockton Area Transit (BAT) as a fiscal officer for 17 years. Mary Ann loved animals and her home was often referred to as “Auntie Mame’s Pet Care”. She was a long-time member of the Melodians singing group where she had the honor of singing at places like The White House and in Ireland.
Mary Ann was the beloved sister of Stanley S. Mitchell Jr. (Mitch): loving sister-in-law to the late Maryann Keith Mitchell; loving aunt of Jeannie Keith Cullati and the late Scott Keith Mitchell; cousin of Priscilla Hans, Mary Ellen Bartlett, Eddie Sklut, Roberta Nickerson and many others who have passed.
All are welcome to her graveside service at Calvary Cemetery on Thursday, May 26 at 12 noon, followed by a celebration of life at The Samoset Club, 350 Matfield St., West Bridgewater.
