Obituary

Mary D. (Golden) McKenzie, 86, of Quincy, formerly of Carver and Avon, died July 7, 2022 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Born in Boston, she was a daughter of the late Ambrose and Anna (Judge) Golden. Mary was the beloved mother of Jacqueline A. McKenzie, Walter L. McKenzie Jr., Daniel J. McKenzie, and the late Kevin F. McKenzie; sister of Charlotte Clasby, and the late Donald Golden, George, Thomas, and Eugene Tirrell, Phyllis Carista, and Gertrude Tirrell; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews.

All are welcome to visitation Thurs., July 14th from 9-10 a.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 N. Main St., Brockton, her funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Michael Church, 87 N. Main St., Avon and burial at St. Michael Cemetery, Avon. Livestreaming will be available in links below.
