Mary C. (Anderson) Mann

Mary C. (Anderson) Mann, 82, of Brockton, passed away June 1, 2026. Born and raised in Dorchester, she was a daughter of the late Archibald and Mary (Connell) Anderson. Mary worked as an executive secretary for many years in banking and she had a true passion for needlepoint.

She was the beloved wife of Paul P. Mann for 59 years, loving mother and grandmother of Jean Marie Butler (and the late Matthew) of Middleboro and their son Patrick Butler; the late Paul T. Mann (and his widow Phyllis of Brockton) and their children Damien, Dimitri, and Kylee Mann; Susan O'Brien (and her husband John) of Middleboro, and their children Colin, Casey, and Johnny O'Brien; and Jennifer O'Brien (and her husband Christopher) of Brockton and their children Jackson, Harrison, Avery and Kendall O'Brien; and great-grandmother of Haiden O'Brien; sister of Geraldine L. Gentile (and the late Dominic) of Dighton, and the late Rita M. Anderson; and an aunt of several nieces and nephews.

Following cremation, all are welcome to memorial calling hours Thursday June 11th from 4 to 7:30 p.m. and closing prayers at 7:30 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
