It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved father, son, brother, and friend, Mark A. Boone on December 26, 2025. He left us suddenly, and his absence will be felt forever.
Born on October 21st in Stoughton, Massachusetts, Mark was known for his humor, charisma, intelligence, and passion for life. A diligent and hardworking medical device salesman, he had a knack for fixing things and helping others. He is survived by his two sons Jordan and Jarod, his daughter Jaylene, his mother Marguerite, his sister Shelley, his brother Joel, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mark was a compassionate father and loyal friend to all who knew him. His joyous energy was contagious; anyone in his presence was uplifted by his spirit. Whether he was cooking a delicious meal, cracking a joke, or rallying for Sunday Football, he was in his element when he was brightening the experiences of the people he loved. After graduating from Northeastern with a degree in electrical engineering, Mark began his career that would be filled with success and many new ventures.
Outside of work, he enjoyed listening to music, fishing, and both teaching, and taking Karate classes, eventually earning his 3rd degree black belt. In his lifetime, Mark left a lasting positive impression on many people’s lives and he will be dearly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, January 9th from 10:00 am to 12 noon, followed by a 12 noon time of remembrance at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, Massachusetts. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Brockton Firefighters Relief Association, P.O. Box 3341, Brockton, MA 02304-3341. Thank you for your understanding and support at this time.
