Marie "Vicki" F. (Shaw) Flaherty

Marie F. “Vicki” (Shaw) Flaherty, 95, of Brockton, formerly of Dedham for 53 years, passed away on April 4, 2022. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Earl H. and Mary F. (Morrow) Shaw. Vicki was a waitress at the Italian Kitchen in Dedham for many years until her retirement. She was active in the Brockton Council on Aging and enjoyed living part-time in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Vicki was the wife of the late John J. Flaherty; beloved mother of Ellen M. Flaherty of Brockton, Carol T. Rhodes of Dedham, John P. Flaherty of East Taunton, and Teresa M. Flaherty of Jamaica Plain.

All are welcome to calling hours Tuesday, April 12th from 4-7 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, her funeral service Wednesday, April 13th at 10 a.m. at Waitt Funeral Home and burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
