Marie Jeanne Pierre-Paul, also known as “Jeannette”, lived for 80 years and had the blessing of calling three places home—Brockton, Massachusetts, Port-au-Prince, and Petit-Goâve, Haiti. Marie Jeanne went to be with the Lord on the evening of Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
As the daughter of the late Joseph Pierre-Paul and Anita Edmond, Marie Jeanne was the cherished mother of Josette Benoit, Indira Pierre-Paul, and Valerie Pierre-Paul; beloved grandmother of seven grandchildren: Bart Benoit, Garvin Benoit, David Benoit, Christopher Dexaus, Sidney Dexaus, Telvin Benjamin, and Fabrice Benjamin. Marie Jeanne is also survived by her sister Nerlande Meme (Fifi), brothers Jean Pierre Paul, Pierre Pierre Paul, Reynold Edmond, and Leontus Edmond; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
All family and friends are welcome to celebrate the blessed life of the wonderful and beloved woman that is Jeannette.
