Marie Anne Constant

Marie Anne Constant, 95, of Brockton was born on June 1st, 1927 in Petit-Goâve, Haiti recently of Kissimmee, Florida, passed away on March 15, 2023, she was a daughter of the late Toleme Constant and Sara Maturin. Marie Anne immigrated to the United States in 1987, settling in Brockton. She was a longtime communicant of Christ the King Parish along with Marie Tabernacle De Jezi. She had worked in Region Park Manor in Brockton and Lambardo’s Hotel in Randolph for many years.

Marie Anne was the wife of the late Augustin Voltaire; loving mother of Guerda Castor and her husband Emmanuel of Kissimmee, and son Voltaire Constant of Brockton; beloved grandmother of Maxime Castor, Kateleen Castor, Ronald Castor, and Redondo Constant; great-grandmother of Christian Castor, Rylan Castor, Zion Castor, and Victoria Castor; cousin of Serge Bélizaire, Jude Bélizaire, Magalie Beliziaire, Jean Belizaire, Guerda Belizaire, Edwige Belizaire, Myrlande Belizaire, Patrick Beliziare, Jude Belizaire, Handchy Sagaille, and the late Jacqueline (Bélizaire) Bazile, Mr. Joseph Fritz Bazile and Family, Mr. Enrick Bazile and Family, Mrs. Marie José Bazile and Family, Mr. Philippe Bazile and Family, Mrs. Rodly B. Andre and Family, Mrs. Marie Myrtho B. Bonhomme and Family, Mr. Caius Bazile and Family, Mrs. Sandra B. Levasseur and family, Mrs. Berthe Bazile and Family, and the late Mr. Ronald Bazile, Willy Jean-Francois, the late Simonde (Bélizaire) Jeanty, Max Jeanty, Stefania Jeanty, Stevenson Jeanty, Clarence Jeanty, and Ines Belizaire and their families. Marie Anne also leaves many dear additional family members and friends to mourn her passing.

All are welcome to calling hours Sat., March 25th from 8-10 a.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 N. Main St., Brockton, her funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King Parish, 54 Lyman St., Brockton, and burial at Melrose Cemetery, 88 N. Pearl St., Brockton.
