Lawrence M. Callahan

Lawrence M. Callahan, 71, of Brockton since 1987, passed away on September 29, 2023. Raised in Watertown, he was a son of the late Mary Virginia (Clinton) Callahan and Richard J. Callahan. Larry worked for Coca-Cola as a service representative then as a courier in the health and medical fields. He enjoyed watching Western movies and drag racing, and also spending time in Maine.

He was the beloved husband of Judith E. (Maloney) Callahan for 45 years; loving brother of Daniel Callahan and his wife Joanne of Georgia, Judith O’Donnell and her husband Kevin of Norwood, Lora Keena of Michigan, and the late Kathleen Anastasiades and her husband William of Florida, and the late Matthew Callahan and his wife Barbara of California; and a dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.

All are welcome to calling hours Wednesday October 4th from 4 to 8 p.m. with a prayer service at 6 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton. Private cremation and committal.
