Joseph DiFalco, 71, of South Easton, formerly of North Easton, passed away August 24, 2024 after a lengthy illness. He was raised in Brockton, one of seven children of the late Joseph and Evelyn (Dickson) DeFalco, graduating from Brockton High School in 1971. He served honorably in the National Guard for six years. Joe was a maintenance mechanic for industrial companies and had worked for South Shore Packing, StrideRite and Cheer Pack North America. He enjoyed nature photography. Joe was the beloved husband of Dorothea (Healey) DiFalco for 48 years; loving father of Eric DiFalco and his wife Tara of Taunton, dear grandfather of Colin, Laylah and Jocelyn; loving brother of Phil DiFalco (Janet) of E. Bridgewater, Patrcia DeFalco of Brockton, James DeFalco (Michelle) of Brockton, Kevin DeFalco of Brockton, and the late David DiFalco (Jennifer of Brockton) and Debra DiFalco; and a dear uncle of several nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
