John W. Gallagher

John W. “Johnny” Gallagher, 70, a lifelong resident of Brockton, died September 5, 2021. He was a son of the late John W. and Rita A. (Kilgallen) Gallagher. A dedicated family man, he enjoyed a quiet life. He was a hard worker and loved fishing, gardening, and cooking, especially his famous “fish nuggets”. He is now reunited with the love of his life, “Gigi”. Johnny was the husband of the late Denise “Gigi” (Hartig) Gallagher; beloved father of William “Russ” Gallagher and his wife Dawn and Theresa Harris and her husband Chris, all of Brockton; loving grandfather of 3; brother of Edward Gallagher of NY, Aileen Barrett of Westwood, and Louise Seekins of Maine; and an uncle of many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Johnny’s life is to be announced.
