Jeanine Theodor

Jeanine Theodor, 66, of Brockton, passed away on July 9, 2021. Born in Les Cayes, Haiti, she was the daughter of the late Antoine Theodor and Audilia Joseph. Jeanine was the beloved mother of Joanne Plaisir and her husband Frenel of Brockton, Magdala Duplessy and her husband Edriss of Norton, and Dominique Mersou and her husband Yves Frantz of Brockton; loving grandmother of Ashley Plaisir, Vanessa Plaisir, Aiden Plaisir, Edwine Duplessy, Darren Duplessy, Maleeha Duplessy, Derrick Pierre, and Emanuel Pierre; dear sister of Edith Joseph, Paulette Theodor, Bastien Luxama, Marie Claude, and the late Clausel Bazile, Onita Joseph, Venel Joseph, and Wilson Theodor; and a caring aunt of many nieces and nephews including Djimmy Bazilel, Vaniola Luxama and Manoucheca Theodore. Jeanine also leaves her cherished church family at United Evangelical Christian Church of Brockton. All are welcome to her funeral service on Friday, July 23rd at 9-11 a.m. in the United Evangelical Christian Church, 144 Belmont Ave., Brockton, with visitation in the church beginning at 8 a.m. Burial to follow at Melrose Cemetery.
