Jeanette T. (Baribeault) Thomas

Jeanette T. (Baribeault) Thomas, a lifelong resident of Brockton, passed away on January 15, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Dora L. (Smith) Baribeault and was a graduate of Brockton High School. She was employed as a waitress by Toll House, the Holiday Inn, and Christo’s II, and later she worked days as a bookkeeper for her daughter’s company Account Concepts LLC and its client Boston Catholic Television. Jeanette immensely enjoyed her dogs Tica and Pinta.

Devoted to her family, Jeanette was the widow of John P. Thomas Sr.; beloved mother of John P. Thomas Jr. (and Norma) of Springfield VA, Patricia Kotsiopoulos (and Peter) of Taunton, the late Richard J. Thomas (and Susan) and the late Theresa Thomas-Fox; and a loving grandmother of Cheri and Adria Kotsiopoulos.

All are welcome to calling hours Sun., Jan. 21st from 1-4 p.m. at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 N. Main St., Brockton, her funeral Mon., Jan. 22nd at 9:30 a.m. from Waitt Funeral Home to her funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King Parish, Brockton. Burial at Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
