Jean M. Marcoccio

Jean M. Marcoccio, 74, of Stoughton, passed away peacefully on Christmas morning, December 25, 2021. A native of Dorchester, she was a graduate of North Shore Community College and had a career in social work for many years before retiring. Jean loved to travel by plane, on a cruise ship or in her green Avalanche. Gambling was her passion, she traveled to many casinos becoming a high roller. Her dogs Jewel, Maxwell, Timothy and Sunflower were her pride and joy.  Jean was the beloved mother of Johna Gonsalves and her husband Craig of Brockton, Trina M. Botelho and her husband Robert Jr. of East Bridgewater, and Deolinda Johnson of South Carolina; loving grandmother of Kayla Gonsalves, Selena J. Maldonado, Mercedes M. Maldonado, Allan Johnson, Kendra Johnson, and Kenneth Johnson; great-grandmother of Jase; sister of the late Joseph Cerasuolo; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews.

All are welcome to calling hours Thursday, December 30th from 4-6 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton. Private committal. Reception to immediately follow at Enterprise Club, 224 Clinton St., Brockton. Facemasks are required for calling hours.
