James M. Larkin

James M. Larkin, 72, of West Bridgewater, passed away peacefully at home on July 20, 2025 surrounded by his family. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Edward J. and Nora (Monahan) Larkin. Jim had a lengthy career in the insurance industry, working as an agent and broker for over 50 years. His voice could be heard over the airwaves hosting his show “Sounds from the Emerald Isle” on WBET Brockton and WVBF Taunton.

Jim was the beloved husband of Ellen M. (Boyle) Larkin for 41 years; loving father of Katie McCrillis and her husband Steve of Middleboro, and the late Kerrie Ann Larkin; and the devoted grandfather of Emily and Amelia McCrillis, and Shannon Davis.

In honoring Jim’s wishes, services are private. He will be greatly missed.
