James Anthony Bilunas, 61, of Boston, formerly of Brockton, passed away unexpectedly Jan. 12, 2021. Son of the late Alfred and Florence Bilunas, he was born and raised in Brockton in the Lithuanian Village. He was a talented mechanic and auto body shop manager. Jim was a lifelong auto enthusiast, especially for classic cars. He had a strong love for music, and was an unbelievable drummer. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, fixing and building, and most important, telling stories and joking. Jim’s contagious laugh and smile will always be remembered. He was the beloved father of Amy Bilunas (and Wes Pecor) of Plymouth; grandfather of Cole; brother of Robert Bilunas of Florida and the late John Bilunas (and his wife Renee) and the late Deborah Duff; he also leaves several nieces and nephews. All are welcome to calling hours Wednesday, January 20th from 5 to 7 p.m. with a 7 p.m. service of remembrance at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St. Brockton. Private family burial.
