Immaculee (Dorisca) Balan

Immaculee (Dorisca) Balan, 56, of Brockton, passed away suddenly on May 4, 2024. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, she immigrated to the United States, settling in Massachusetts. She worked as a certified nursing assistant for many years and was an active member of Brockton Church of God. Immaculee will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Immaculee was the beloved wife of Jean Gasner Balan; devoted mother of Gastevens Balan, Jonathan Marvens Balan; daughter of Amarante (Dermil) Dorisca and Paul Dorisca; loving sister of Carline Dorisca, Dieula Dorisca, Marie Jones Dorisca, Marie Paul Dorisca, Marie Yves Dorisca, Lucienne Dorisca, Erline Dorisca, Wester Dorisca, Raymond Dorisca, Jean Claude Dorisca, Armel Dorisca, Edy Dorisca, Jean Mary Dorisca, Panel Dorisca; loving cousin of Jean Robert Joseph and Family, Gary Emil and Family, Marc Richard Petion and Family, Jrene Petion, Monique Petion and Family, Asephie Petion and Family; loving aunt of Louis Lelio Milfort and Family, Frantz Homere Milfort and Family, Reginald Dorisca and Family, Nathaniel Valery Dorisca and Family, David Dorisca, Sebastien Dorisca, Kenley Dorisca, Edson Dorisca, Christian Labardy, Alan Royere, Olivert  Dorisca, Youdeline Dorisca, Rachel Sainvil and Family, Dorothy Maisonneuve, Victoria Fernandez, Christina Dorisca, Dominique Dorisca; loving sister-in-law of Reverend Pastor Homere Milfort, Reverend Pastor Constant Labardy, Reverend Pastor Christian Maisonneuve; Madeleine Belunie Dorisca, Charlotte Dorisca, and Yvena Dorisca.

All are welcome to her funeral service Thursday, May 16th at 10 a.m. at Brockton Church of God, 80 Pleasant St., Brockton with viewing in the church beginning at 9 a.m. Burial to follow at Melrose Cemetery, 88 North Pearl St., Brockton.
