Gwendolyn A. (Garaffo) Rimovitz, 80, of Brockton, passed away on May 27, 2024. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Gemelli) and Anthony Garaffo. Gwendolyn was the widow of the late William J. Rimovitz; beloved mother of Patricia Nolan & her husband William of East Bridgewater, and Cheryl Devereaux & her husband Paul of Bridgewater; beloved Gma of Kristen Nolan & Matt Cutter of Weymouth, Sean Nolan & Rachael Kahan of East Bridgewater, Kara Devereaux & Amanda Devereaux of Bridgewater; beloved sister and best friend of Linda Kearney of North Attleboro, special cousin to John Banda & Lauralee of Marshfield and a dear Auntie Gwen to many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Gwendolyn was the owner of Craft Basket in Whitman for many years and most recently worked at Michael’s continuing her love of crafts with some wonderful people who became lifelong friends. She will be missed and cherished by many family and friends who mourn her passing.
