Frank Jasinski, 92, of Brockton, passed away on October 10, 2024. Born and raised in Choiny, Poland, he was the second youngest of seven children. Frank immigrated to the United States in 1961, with his wife and two oldest children.
Frank had a long career with the Howard Johnson's Plant as their primary baker, but particularly enjoyed cooking and baking at home, especially during the holidays. Frank was an avid gardener and personal landscaper to his own yard. He also enjoyed fishing, mushroom picking, playing the lottery, watching sports, WWE, The Nightly News...and often reminisced about the "Good Ol' Days" of dancing to Polka music.
Frank was the beloved husband of the late Anna (Lazorko) Jasinski for almost 57 years. Often saying, that his greatest gift was marrying his wife on Christmas Day in 1958. He was the loving father of Darek Jasinski (his wife Teresa), Diane Matta (her husband James), Krys Jasinski and the late Barbara Jasinski; adoring grandfather to Paul Jasinski (his wife Kendall) and David Jasinski (his wife Samantha), Lauren and Michael Matta; and great-grandfather to Madison Jasinski. Frank, is also survived by his youngest sibling Kazimiera "Kazia" Jasinski from Poland and leaves many nieces and nephews, in-laws, and extended family and friends to mourn his passing, including family friend and caretaker, Nancy.
A Private Celebration was held in memory of Frank.
