Felicie Louis, 104, of Holbrook, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on April 5, 2024. Born in Baradères, Haiti, she was the daughter of the late Louiné Louis and Chalostine Dupré. Felicie was a successful businesswoman back in her home country. An educator and natural healer, she helped many people in her church community. Before her passing, Felicie accepted Jesus as her personal Savior.
Felicie was the wife of the late Durette Jeanty; mother of the late Simone D. Malebranche; loving grandmother of Claire M. Malebranche. Felicie leaves her cherished extended family the Louis, Dupre, Duperval, Malebranche, Lomini, Pierre-Louis, Maignan, Remy, Savaille, Mathieu, Augustin, Pierre, Belizaire, and Joseph families, along with her close friends, the Garcia, Blanchet, Blanc, and Jeune families to mourn her passing.
All are welcome to her funeral service on Sat., April 20th at 9 a.m. at The First Haitian Church of Brockton “The Rock”, 940 Main St., Brockton with viewing in the church beginning at 8 a.m. Burial to follow at Melrose Cemetery, 88 N. Pearl St., Brockton. Live streaming of Felicie’s funeral will be available.
