Emmelyne (Pierre) Eaton, 49, of Valrico, Florida and Randolph, passed away suddenly on January 7, 2019. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, she was the beloved daughter of Alphonse Pierre-Fils and Marie (Lezeau) Pierre of Randolph. In addition to her parents, Emmelyne is survived by her loving husband of 21 years John M. Eaton; cherished daughters Jazmyne and Gabrielle Eaton; twin sister Emily Mompoint and her husband Fritz of Randolph, sister Rachel Pierre of Randolph, and brother Jacques Pierre and his wife Carlene of Randolph; and many dear nieces, nephews and extended family. Emmelyne was a natural caretaker, devoting herself not only to her husband and children, but to her entire family. She served in the U.S. Air Force for 14 years and was a longtime nurse. Those aspects of her life allowed her to travel extensively, which she loved. A true romantic, she was kind and nurturing, and loved unifying people. Emmelyne was a wonderful mother, daughter, and sister, and was not only John’s wife, but his best friend too. She will be greatly missed, but forever loved. All are welcome to her funeral Mass Saturday, January 19th at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Parish, 211 North Main Street, Randolph with visitation in the church beginning at 8 a.m. Burial to follow at St. Mary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gift donations may be made to the family to benefit Emmelyne’s daughters.
