Elizabeth J. (Burleigh) Halpern

Elizabeth (Burleigh) Halpern, 66, of Brockton, passed away Feb. 15, 2020. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. An avid Elvis Presley fan, she enjoyed music, movies and art. Devoted to family and home, she was the beloved wife of Edward since 1972; loving mother of Cynthia and Heidi Halpern of Brockton, Melinda Cleveland and her husband Jason of PA and Robin Brunts and her husband Corey of OK; dear grandmother of Sebastian, Sean, Charis, Nicholas, Adam, Jessica and the late Roy Cleveland, and Devin and Alyssa Brunts; sister of Virginia Dahlquist of FL, Robert Burleigh of Maine, and the late Barbara Rascicot; and an aunt of many nieces and nephews. All are welcome to calling hours Thursday, Feb. 20th from 6 to 8 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, her funeral Friday, Feb. 21st at 10 a.m. in Waitt Funeral Home and burial at Melrose Cemetery.
